  • Refund

    Poppy Nails Boutique does not provide refunds for any service(s) and/or Gift Certificates purchased.

    If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out to us to discuss further details!

  • Quality Gaurantee

    We have a 3-days guarantee period on most services in which you may return to the Salon to have repairs done free of charge!

    However, it is at Poppy Nails Boutique’s discretion!

    If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by an error in application, chemistry error, or exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service!

    Any additional repairs required outside of the 3-day time frame will be subject to an additional charge.

    (We do not guarantee on regular lacquer)

  • Booking

    While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-clients, however, it is based on availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.

    Group of 3 or more people will be asked to place a non-refundable $25 deposit to reserve appointment slots.

  • Late/ Cancellation

    We know things happen so we allow a 15 minute grace period. However, we can’t guarantee for clients that are over 15 minutes late will be serviced and will likely be cancelled. Please be considerate call at least 4 hours in advance for any cancellation/rescheduling so other clients canceled schedule.

    - We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. However, the salon reserves the right to begin your appointment within a 15-20 minute grace period for appointments over 30 minutes.

    Deposit will be forfeited if you’re late or “no-show”.

  • We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

    Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

    Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

    Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

    Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment

    Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
